Lybrate.com is the web counterpart to the Lybrate patient app serving users who prefer to find and book doctors through a browser rather than a mobile app. Over 7 years, the website evolved from a simple doctor directory to a comprehensive health platform with doctor profiles, Q&A content, appointment booking, and health articles.
The web experience had its own design requirements distinct from the app larger screens meant more information density was possible, SEO considerations shaped page structures, and the user intent on the web (often research-first, booking-second) was different from the app.
